The weight loss cure

in health

Perhaps there is one, but not for most of us, because it is very expensive. So the question is how do we figure out what to do and who to listen when we are bombarded with all these marketing messages?

Just remember a saying that goes something like this:

Whatever you are consuming, and it could be anything from solid food, fluids, pleasure, entertainment; and its good remember it is also bad. The real trick is to take it with moderation.

However, there is one thing that I noticed a lot in all these cases of people losing weight. They all tell you just put your mind to it. So in essence, is the food, gym memberships and other stuff really necessary?

When all it takes is basically programming your mind to lose weight, or get in shape or whatever your health or fitness goal is.

I agree but Tom, part of having your mind on board is by exercising and training. The law of attraction is real but there seems to be some pretty powerful forces out there stopping us from mental breaking limit of our physical universe. What we eat and how we move seems to be part of these laws.

Mike,
thanks for your comment. Yes I also believe exercise should be an everyday need just like food and shelter.

Of course, as with anything else, there are forces that try to pull us away.
